    Passanger Power Window-down, no up

    Happy Holidays to all I sold my 88 Grand Wagoneer and bought a 97 Sport. Awesome little rig. My problem is the passenger side window will go down but not up. Investigation revealed the motor getting 14 volts going down and 5.6 volts going up. Any Ideas? I'm thinking the drivers side...
