so if both drivers and passengers switches dont work for the passenger side it could be that its not getting power... never had that problem so never thought about it.
so if there is power to the switch will it make some kind of noise. like trying to get the door to move....?

I have a friend at work who knows nothing about cars and cant afford to take his ride in to get fixed. hes asking me to fix it for him. main problem is I dont drive a Explorer. So I am unsure of what to replace without tearing his door apart.
keep in mind i have to do this in a work parking...
