    The manual says to shut off, the heat and outside air place the switch to off position and the lever to the far left. i still receive heat as if it were still on?

    Fuel Pressure

    I have a 91 sport, when it is cold out it hard to start, i read about the fuel pressure regulator, changed it but i hooked up a gauge with the car running within in specs, but when i shut it off it does not hold any pressure. I thought it suppose to hold at least 35psi with key on engine off.
