Got the 2 bolts out of Dampener but its the one behind (far right side) that is stripped. He bought a special socket (bolt-grip)to grip that one off to hopefully remove that one. Then he hopes to get starter out. Thank you for your reply and diagram.
Can someone give some advise as to the removal of the starter? Husband has tried to remove dapener to get to the starter with one bolt having a stripped head. So he bypassed dapener and got ahold of starter but can't get it out due to this dapener in the way. Any suggestions?
