The range on my remote is 100 ft. Therefore I would be able to remote start the car from anywhere in my home as my car is never more than 100ft from me. All I need it for is cold mornings, other than that you are right, just stick the key in the car...
I have been looking at the 4003 and the 4113. I have a couple of questions. I have a toyota camry with the FOB integrated into the key. I don't want another remote. What happens in the camry, is after the car is started the fob is disabled.
