    2011 ex sony sound system vocals sound muffled

    I've heard this sometimes if I have surround sound active on some music. Switching to stereo greatly improved the vocals.

    When I try to see if 3.8 is available on my 2011 Ford Explorer Limited w/NAV it shows that my SYNC is up-to-date! But it is not. I'm still on 3.5.1 which is also what my Sync update history shows on the owner website. I have a US spec vehicle but I work for the US Military in Germany. I...
