yeah my 93 4x4 does the same,but when i hit 55mph.from a stop it will take off ok,but at 55 and up ill floor it and nothing happens.its like i have to really put it to the metal to feel any sort of life from the engine.someone told me this was due to the overdrive.is that true?

well im here again with more trouble.today i noticed that i had some fluid leaking.i didnt check to see from where yet becuase i was running around.while driving i hit the brakes and the brake peddle started rumbling and made a deep grinding noise.this happened 2 different times today.i have...

well guys i got it fixed.it was the starter unit.i was charged $190.first we changed the selnoid.that wasnt the problem.so the obvious choice was the starter.its fine now.once again i thank everyone who took the time to help me out.im sure i will need to count on you guys again.until i learn....:-)

my 93 x will not start.i checked the fuel pump restart switch and its not tripped.the red button did not pop up.i checked the fuses and relays.the fuses work for sure.im not to sure about the relays though.i get a knocking sound when i try to turn on the truck.i dont get any other sound besides...
