Sigh.. +1. I wish I didnt even know this existed so I wouldnt be disappointed. Apparently 9 degrees is not cold enough for the heated seats to come on. Cory.. you should already have my information but please add it to the list.

I will see if I can find the paperwork. I wasnt aware of one either until they said there was one. The hatch is manual, not automatic.

I have been reading on this forum for almost a year and some of what has been posted as helped me with my issues. So hopefully I can do the same for some of you. I contacted Cory on here who passed along the information to another Ford employee who handled scheduling my service visit...

Same problem here.. just love repeatedly trying to slam close the tailgate. Awesome to have a new vehicle sitting in the driveway and show it off by fighting with it. Sometimes I just give up and take off with dome light on and message on the display.

I signed up just to be involved in this thread. The moonroof makes no difference with this noise. I have one and have this rediculous noise. It seems worse when I am driving under trees/lines as I can only assume rain pools up and bigger drops fall and hit. It sounds like hail, BB's.. just...
