    Howdy: Ton of exhaust coming out exhaust pipe.No check engine light.It came on once when I drove around block for about 3 seconds;then it went out and I have never seen it again.

    HOWDY ALL: I have a 1996 ford ranger 4.0 4x4. My problem is that i have no horse power above 2500 rpm;in all gears. All of the basic tune up stuff has been done.And the spark plug wires are correctly installed. Got any light bulb ideas ???
