My 11 has 10,000 miles already and I can assure you the problems are real. My wife works for ford. Didnt have trans problems until about 6k. We love the explorer just need to get it fixed right. The trans slams around 35mph. It has only happened about 6 times but it's happening. I can't make it...
I also have a 2011 explorer. Have had a few problems with the my touch, the "a" pillar, and the transmission slamming at around 35 mph. Trying to work trough the problems. We really love it we just need to get the problems fixed. Also the Bluetooth quit playing music trough the radio.
