Door lock issue.

Door lock issue.
I have been doing research and am finding different solutions. I have 1996 explorer 4 door and the driver side electric lock doesn't work. It makes a buzzing noise but won't lock/unlock. all other doors work fine. Is it the actuator or could it be the wiring. Thanks- masterz17
