    k, so, friend gave me a '91 explorer (4.0, v6, auto) with a blown engine. i found some decent, low mileage engines to drop in, but can't seem to find a good manual that details engine removal/installation. my questions: where do i find a good writeup on just a basic swap (4.0 to 4.0)...
