I appreciate your response CDW- Some things I forgot to mention:
The horn and lights do not pulse. I have activated the alarm and recreated a break in, no honking or flashing of lights.
I can arm the alarm and enter the code to open the door/all doors for that matter but get the rapid blink...

System was armed first about 2 months ago - used key fab to disarm it - no good. Figured it was a bad fab - stopped usuing it completely - only used the key and it seemed to work for at least 4...
