    2007 Explorer Wrench Dash Light, Clunks When Comming to a Stop

    OK, I think my Explorer is possessed because a day later and all was back to normal. No dash light, no clunking. Weird...I also had a check engine light come on about a month ago, diagnostics said an oxygen sensor was bad. Two days later, that light went away.

    2007 Explorer Wrench Dash Light, Clunks When Comming to a Stop

    I have a 2007 Explorer 4 WD, Six Cyl Automatic and have the Wrench dashboard light on. I noticed when I come to a stop there is a big 'clunk' that I feel in the rear as the transmission seems to downshift. It's almost like play in the universals. Funny thing is, when I put it in 2nd gear...

    Actually, this is the only reason I joined this forum, hopes that I would find a solution to my 'snapping' sun visor in my 07 Explorer. :( It is useless as it snaps to far down and will not let you linearly adjust it. If anyone knows of a good aftermarket one I would appreciate the link...
