I checked the resistance of all the solenoids and they all checked out ok. Then I disconnected the TCC solenoid and took it for a spin. The slip was completely gone.
Now I am not sure if I should replace the torque converter or the solenoid and/or valve body. Any suggestions?
I've read just about everything I could find on this forum and have not been able to narrow down my problem. I'm hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction.
Its a 1995 Ex with a 4.0 and 4R55E 2wd. It has 240K, but about 90k since the last transmission rebuild. It was...
