    This Can't be good

    Have you recently added coolant or water to the rad. or overflow tank? I have seen cases of them being overfilled and flowing out the top.

    Preventing Battery Corrosion?

    What works for me the best in preventing corrosion is the anti-corrosion washers that can be found at any auto parts store. One is red and the other green. I installed these about 4 months ago on my '99, and I haven't had any corrosion since.
