    Intake manifold gasket replacement!

    okay i started to reaplace my intake gaskets following the hanes manual. Now im to the step of removing the plastic intake. I have a 1999 OHV 4.0. I cant get the damn think to pull straight up. What am i missing?

    I have seen the timing chain cover wet after diving it and smelling hot coolant. Would it be wise to replace the timing cover gasket and water pump and gasket as well?

    Hey i just found out that the head gasket was replaced 1 1/2 years ago. Do you think it is necessary to replace the intake gaskets upper and lower or is a re-torque just needed?
