Obviously, the problem is much bigger than a 'seam' as we all have known!! Really FORD take notice here!!!

They took the headliner out and reseamed with sealant! Guess what?? Leaked again on other side also! Nice! Great FORD quality!! Hope the new design for a new Explorer will be better! Hmmmm!!

They( the water drs) were also called to repair mine too. The roof racks were not the problem. They ( the roof rails) were also broke after they had their chance to repair this problem!! Another ford dealership found that for me!! Nice!! Call atty!!!

How many people truly know about this site for this particular problem. Secondly, you have to know you have the problem before you search for info about it. I inform everyone about it and will continue to also. Can't just be a select few.. Shouldn't have this problem AT ALL!! Shame on FORD!
