I received a shark fin antenna for Christmas and I installed it last night. I LOVE it! As I understand, the order process was started through email and with ease. The entire ordering process, from first email until it arrived, took 12 days. The folks at Visual Garage are fantastic!

I had the transmission thump, and boy was it bad! The dealership could not duplicate the issue as it was very intermittent, but they performed the TSB anyway. I'm happy to report that after having the work done, the transmission is smooth as silk now. Build date: 03/2011 EDIT...

By the way, you were exactly right, blwnsmoke. They had to use a special camera and take pictures of the entire vehicle at very specific angles. In fact, the service adviser said that there's only a few people there that's even allowed to touch the camera. Very interesting!

I just heard from my service adviser who said that Ford approved the warranty repair and the door panel has been order. Wahoo! They also have to order parts for the tin roof TSB and A-pillar buzz TSB, so it has to go back for a few items. Thanks again for everyone's help with this issue!

Seam Tear in Armrest I recently noticed a 2" tear in the seam of my driver side armrest in my 2011 Ex. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know of a good way to fix this? Thanks in advance!
