I have done all of that and still nothing. When I turn the key I can here the fuel pump engage. But still no cranking of the motor or starter.

Need help. I have 1998 explorer XLT that will not start. I have checked battery and starter both are good.. It starts in the morning and then an hour later it will not start. When you turn the key there is nothing there. The radio and lights all work properly.
