JimiJak, Odrapnew, Agreed that their scheduling makes no sense. I had ordered even before y'all - 11/18. Build date was 1/21 - a good 2 months after the order which defies logic. I know another dude in my neighborhood who ordered first week of December and got his Sport first week of Jan. Go...- antan

Hurley, So you're saying the dealer told you something that will make you buy the car and not run out the door? Isn't shocking, is it? :) It is possible that your explorer was manufactured at a facility that is not seeing this QA issue. Good luck.- antan

It's true and is affecting my order placed in November 2013 Been 3 months since I placed my order and for the last 3 weeks my 2014 Explorer Sport has been "ready, awaiting shipment from the factory".
