    don't know if this is the right thread but i cannot get the cover off to remove my bumber bolts. if it isn't needed then let me know but i cannot get the bolts off to install my grille guard. thanks

    well i went to take the bolts off that hold the bumper to the frame and they just free spin. i have a 2000 sport and i can't get the bumper cover off to get at the other side of the bumper to see if there is a nut there. i removed all the screws on the cover and it is still attached at the top...
