    Front end noise... front diff??

    Having the same issue right now. I started a thread also : http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=419823 Is yours AWD? Mine is still only while turning left and it also creates a knocking feeling on the floor board.

    Swapped wheel bearing and no improvement. I'm going to try to take a look at the front diff next. CVs are new, but I guess one of those could be bad out of the box too.
