Update: Service department said there is a technical bulletin out for the change of the fuel filler neck. They have to order one from Ford and replace this part. Hope this fixes the problem. However, I was never able to find this technical bulletin prior to take my vehicle in to the dealership.

I've read through the entire manual and it does say you should leave the nozzle in for an additional 5 secs for residual gas to drain. I have gas coming back up and overflowing even with the nozzle still in right as it clicks off.
