Will not turn over when vehicle is in the sun or hot
Actually figured out its a short in the wiring running through the steering column. Trial and error. Now need to find the short! Thanks for the advice!- kevin n

Will not turn over when vehicle is in the sun or hot
2001 Explorer. Battery is new, new PCM fuse ,starter was checked. No check engine light. Was told it was a PATS issue. But vehicle will not even turn over when it is out in the sun or hot. Starts every time when it's cool out or in the shade. Both keys start it. Moved steering wheel up-and-down...- kevin n
