    I have a 2002 xlt, and on 5 occasions it has just died without warning. We are always going between 45-70 miles per hour, and without warning just completely dies! The dash always remains lit, clock is on etc., but engine is dead, no acceleration, steering locks. Goes from 70 to 0 in...
