New 2017 Explorer sport here. picked it up on Saturday. I have burn smell as well but what ever is causing it seems to be "burning off" and smell is subsiding. Drives OK, no vibrations. I guess I will climb under to check for labels on exhaust. Dealer could not even set tire pressure...
