Ok just came back form the garage and getthis no leaks!!!!!! Drained the coolant and replaced with 100% Water for the truck 220% beer for me started her up let it idle looking for it to overheat. Bingo about 8 mins temp needle climbs ever upwards. Still looking for leaks not finding any but...

Ok Guys thanks for the replies! I Got the Xploder running took off the IAC and pissed on it uuum...eeer I mean cleaned it. Truck starts now but I have to give it some pedal so sounds like the IAC will have to be replaced anyway. Thermostat is installed correctly Temp gauge is working again but...

Ok now I am losing my mind!!!!! Ok double checked the sparkplug wires all was A-ok. Reconected the battery and keyed her over. Vrooom fired right up ran smooth but on high idle. Did a little happy dance........5 minutes later idle still high 1500rpm and temp gauge hasnt moved still all the way...

Thanks for the input guys I am getting ready to go out to the garage and fiddle some more. Gonna check the plug conections and routing to make sure I dont have any mix ups. I am also going to let the computer reset I figure couldn't hurt. I will keep you posted let you all know if she fires.
