    I've got a 99 Explorer that has a short somewhere and trying to put a fuse in #26 blows the second it touches. My rear defrost, rear wiper, and HUD?(thing above the rearview mirror) have never worked since I bought it. I believe the drivers side door has been replaced as all the wires running...
