    After looking at how to use the Helicoil thing, I'd probably be better off just replacing the lower manifold to begin with.

    I'll check the placement of the gasket in the morning to make sure it's not out of place. When I was screwing it back it, it went smoothly. Just not locked in a thread.

    Bare with me if I don't make mush sense. Im not to experienced. But I was putting the upper intake manifold back in and one of the torx bolts will not thread back in. It just kept turning and will not tighten. So I assume the threads in the lower intake are stripped. If that is the case, how or...
