    4 liter hard to start when cold

    i have a 92 explorer with a 4 liter that i just purchased. i am having problems starting it when cold. turn the key and it just keeps spinning over, i have to hit the ignition, pause ,hit it ,pause sometimes upp to 4 times before it finally cranks meanwhile the power door locks are going...
