    I have a 93 4 door explorer with a brake situation... recently this winter when my tires slip at a stop my brakes make this terrible grinding sound. This only happens when the tires slip so i figured it was the anti-locks... I unplugged the fuse to the anti-lock brakes and the sound...

    Brakes making grinding sound

    I have a 93 4x4 xlt explorer, when i aplly the brakes in normal conditions they work fine, but when the tires start to slip, i hear (and feel) a grinding noise within the brakes. I think that it might be a problem within the ABS. With these recent icey conditions i want to fix this soon, becuse...
