Got my CD out - all it needed was some old fashioned persuasion in the form of a good smack on the top of the dash. I guess the CD wasn't loaded quite right and it dropped into the correct location. At least it keeps me away from the dealer for a while. :)

I'll give the battery a try, I pulled the fuse for the radio, but it didn't reset the clock or lose my presets so I don't think I killed all the power. The pliers won't work, it doesn't show any part of the CD, I just get the error message. Thanks
