    I had a set of ford racing headers on my 97 mounty. Maybe mine were made on a good day at the factory but the quality was top notch. All the flanges were straight and the ports clean. They went on easy and plug access was better than stock. Much better than the cracked factory parts. Only advice...

    MAC exhaust

    Have the MAC system on my 97 mountie it is a bit loud inside on the highway but it sounds great inside and realy great outside. Had same system on my 04 sport trac sounded good but the tailpipe rusted off. Wife doesnt wash it as often as I do.

    Best Exhaust for A 99 Mountaineer?

    I have a MAC two in one 3" tail pipe, sounds good and was only about $250 from explorer express. 97 mountaineer 5.0.
