    No burp hole on thermostat

    You can always drill a small hole and place it at 12 o'clock. I wouldn't go over 1/8" for the hole diameter. It'll help the air escape when you refill the system with coolant.

    gearing

    The 4.10:1 would give you basically the same overall gearing you have now (assuming you have 3.73:1 stock). No change in the speedo gear would be needed. Going with the 4.56:1 would give you a bit better power taking off, which would be helpful with the heavier tires...you may even improve...
