    Hubs?, 4" lift install?

    Okay, you got me seriously thinking about doing a manual hub conversion. More reliable, and a lot stronger. Unless I can get a replacement auto hub cheap for now and then upgrade later on. I've already spent all my money on the lift and tire/wheel package.

    Okay, thanks for the info. :) I am considering manual hubs, but the auto's would be easier since I drive on snow covered roads where one minute I'm on ice and snow and the next on dry pavement.

    I'm new here... I have a 92 Ford Ranger 4X4 with the 4.0. Does anybody know where I can get a replacement auto locking hub for under $165? Winter is coming and I'll need 4 wheel drive soon. It would also be nice to have when cruising the back country and not having to stay on the 2WD trails...
