    Problem Solved Its been fixed for quite awhile actually, but today I had some time and thought an update may be helpful to others...The problem was the alternator. The bearings were going out in it. So New alternator+new belt= no more belt slippage=no more squealing. Good luck to all.

    I see its been awhile since this thread was started. Did you solve the problem? I have the same chirping. Belt replaced, tensioner replaced, idler pulley replaced. Noise went away, for about a week, if that long. I am certain the sound comes from the serpentine belt slipping, what else...
