    Thanks everyone for your responses, but yes, in Canada apparently are a requirement for the annual inspection. If the vehicle is fitted with DRL they have to be working. that's what "Buddy" are the garage told me anyway!...... I thought about the fuses, but I'm pretty sure the fuse for the DRL...

    Hi all, new here.... My DRL's aren't working.... garage want's $100.00 to run dignostic check.... anyone know of a quick/cheap fix or is this a reasonable price? Headlights/high beam work ok
