    4X4 lights on dash blink

    I have a 97 Explorer. I just switched the transfer case motor and the transfer case still will not engage. ( I knew the motor was bad). The lights on the dash blink 6 times every 2 minutes. All of the fuses and connections are good. Does anyone have any ideas on what else could be wrong.

    I have a 97 Exp, and 2 days ago, the lights (4X4 and 4 Low) started blinking. I tried to engage the transfer case (I have to turn the switch) and nothing happened. I tried to tap on the motor, which works on my F-150, but it still dosen't work. Anyone have an idea how solve this problem. I...
