    There is some sort of vent door in the dash that they had to unstick or replace. It took them 3-4 hours and cost me quite a bit, $300-400 as I remember.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I took it to a Goodyear Service Center this morning to have the AC system checked.

    2002 AC - Passenger Side Warm Driver's Side Cool

    I have a 2002 Explorer XLT, I get reasonably cold air out of the driver's side vents only, pasenger side seems warm, and the back kind of cool. What could be causing this and where would I have it fixed, the Ford shop or could place like Goodyear or Midas fix it?
