In my opinion it would be much easier to just trade/buy a 4.6 equipped explorer. It would save you a lot of time, money, and aggrivation.

Hey everyone I just installed a new receiver in my '04. Sorry I don't have pics, but it was a very simple task. I bought everything I needed at circuit city and the process only took about a half hour.
