    broke both rear coil springs

    I also have a '02,: The RR wheel bearing was done last year I found out tonight that I need to do : -LF wheel bearing -RF lower ball joint -both rear coils are broken -rear diff seal leaking -trans seal leaking It has 102K on it. All around town driving (wifes truck), never used...

    Multiple engine code on '02 Explorer

    For those interested, this is most likely a shorted DPFE. Did a simple test, just pulled the plug of the DPFE, cleared all the codes than started the engine. Not a single code came back, and the truck is running just fine. So tomorrow I am out to the dealership for a DPFE. Thanks

    I had a P1400 code on my explorer, so after reading here and there I decide to take out the DPFE to change it. While it is out, I start the explorer :rolleyes: I put back the DPFE, and try to start it (had a hard time to start it back). Result: a bunch of new codes. P0113, P0118, P0123, P0453...
