a chip by itself will not produce the increase you would be looking for.
Here is some suggestions for an upgrade path:
1. K&N conical filter upgrade or KKM kit
2. Cat-back system - like Flowmaster is what I run
3. larger MAF and TB if you want to spend a few more dollars
4. computer chip
If you are going to run the Dual shocks, then they are fine for the front.
If you are going to run single shocks, personally they are too soft for my liking. They will give you a cushy ride.
Personally, spend the money on some RS9000 shocks.
