    2004 Ford Ranger Fuel Issue

    What motor does your daughter's ranger have? On our fleet of 2.3 Duratec Rangers, about half of them have done that at one point or another, turned out to be a fuel filter in all but one, which had a bad coil.

    I'm a whiz when it comes to the GM 3X00 engines, a common problem on the 3.4 is Intake Manifold Gasket failure, it causes coolant to be ingested into the engine and either burn off or get mixed with the oil.     Hey all, my name is Ryan, 19 from Minnesota. I don't own a Ranger or Explorer anymore, but I still drive a Ranger for work every day, and i'm hoping to get an Explorer again sometime in the future :thumbsup:
