    Tbirdsims Are you sure it's the heatshield? Or did the cats guts finally begin to collapse? a friend of mine bought a Jeep and the seller told him the heatshield was loose, when we checked it out it was actually the cat. Not saying that's whats wrong with your ride but something to consider.
