bump... could it be my timing chain?!

just a note, i forgot to mention that the engine cranks and starts... shes driveable ... but that clacking noise makes me nervous, i tested the resistance on the wires and they seem within range. plugs are ok too. PLease someone point me in the right direction.

sorry , its the 6 with central coil... i pulled plugs , so far nothing out of the ordinary. plugs lookm ok... how can i test the coil?
