    04 Explorer wiring question.

    I have a 2004 explorer. I discovered an unconnected electrical connection hanging down from under my dashboard, dangling by the brake pedal. I have no idea what it is for or where it plugs in. The info on the plug is as follows: INSP 29 (printed on one side) 747420 ZETA 45/05...
