    I am trying to reset the alarm system for a 04 Ford Explorer, Pls help.

    Hello, I bought a 04 Ford Explorer about a yr ago and i am having issues with it not turning over, it is getting power. The alarm system lite is flashing really fast. Does anyone have any idea how to reset the alarm system ? Thank you

    New member.. I'm not sure if I post a question here?

    I'm trying to figure out what transmission is in my friends 04 explorer xlt. The code on the door is V .... Is that a 5R55S? Also the o/d light is flashing & the tranny isn't shifting wright. Is it the solenoid inside the tranny & is this job hard to do? Thanks, Charlie J. Seabrook NH
