    what is this and where does it go?

    Just bought a 2003 Sport Trac XLT. Has a rough idle, and while investigating the engine compartment for possible reasons, I came across a small tube that was laying loose on the left side of the engine near the coolant and windshield washer container. The plastic line is only about 1/8" in...
