    total mess. HELP!!!!

    Can someone please help me. I am having a problem trying to disarm my factory alarm system device on my 1996 explorer. i cannot find the switch in the back by the jack. how do i get this thing to stop?? also need to figure out how stop the door chime from dinging and my door ajar light off...
